Calling All Volunteers!

 

 

There are so many different aspects of the Rochester Pagan Pride Day Festival that we would be very, very happy to accept your help with. 

Some of them are: 

Security Team

Advertising Team  (help posting flyers around town)

Childrens’ Activities

Workshop Presenters Assistants

Vendors Assistants

Welcome Table Helpers

Raffle & Auction Area Helpers

Grounds Team

Coffee & T-shirt Booth Helpers

Charity Donations Helpers

 

I’m sure there are other things that I can’t think of at the present moment…  But I know we will as the date of our event gets closer!  The point is WE NEED YOUR HELP!!   Whether it’s for the entire day, or just for one hour. 

 

To Volunteer now, please fill out this Volunteer Form, and send it to Myriah.   If you’re not going to be sure you can be there until closer to the date, that’s okay.  Even if you don’t know until the day of RPPD, stop by the Welcome Table when you get there, and ask what you can do to help out! We will be very happy to see you, and will undoubtedly have a nice little job (or two… or three) that you can do!

 

P.S.  If you volunteer, you get free food and beverages during the day!
