Merchant Waiver
Rochester Pagan Pride Day officially runs from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Vendors will be allowed access to the park beginning at 7:30 am and should be set up by 9:00 am. If you need an earlier set up time, please let us know.
ALL VENDORS ARE ASKED TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING TEAR DOWN SCHEDULE: Tear down is from 5:30 pm until the beginning of the closing ritual at 6:15 pm. We would ask all vendors to refrain from tear down during the closing ritual so as to not disrupt the ritual. Tear down may resume as soon as the closing ritual is over. We are asking all vendors to keep their booths open and up until the 5:30 pm tear down time so that all festival attendees will have time to shop as well as those doing the workshops.
