Dear RPPD Sponsor,
The 12th Annual Rochester Pagan Pride Day Festival will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010 from 10:00AM until 6:30PM at Ellison Park.
The Rochester Pagan Pride Day Festival is a once-a-year event for all Pagans to come together for ritual, to attend workshops, network with others of like-minds, celebrate our diversities and become educated about other Pagan belief systems. Many non-pagans in Rochester and surrounding counties also attend our event. The Rochester Pagan Pride Day Festival provides a venue to educate the general public about our belief systems in an attempt to dispel some of the misconceptions about various spiritual paths that fall under Paganism.
Rochester Pagan Pride charges a very minimal fee to merchants for a space at our festival because it is important for us to show our support for crafters and businesses in our community. RPPD provides a venue at which you can proudly display your merchandise and promote your business. Compared to other festivals that charge vendors anywhere from $100-$1000 for space, we feel we’re one of the best around!
As a (potential) merchant at our festival we hope that you will consider making a monetary donation to help us offset the costs of bringing this festival to life. A small monetary donation of $10.00 will help us pay for postage, printing, guest speakers, rental of park lodges, and all of the other necessary expenses involved in putting on an event of this size.
For your donation (with your permission) you will receive mention on the Rochester Pagan Pride Day Festival web site as well as in the RPPD program.
