Please attach your business card or ad to this form. Please note: The program is printed in black and white. Pages are 5 ½" x 8 ½" booklet fold. Keep in mind that color printed, very dark or detailed business cards are difficult to reproduce clearly. Ads should be submitted in the approximate size listed.

RPPD 2010 reserves the right to decline acceptance of any advertising that is inappropriate, i.e., material that:

(i) contains offensive, vulgar, profane, false, abusive, libelous, hateful, defamatory or obscene language;

(ii) contains fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading statements;

(iii) violates a copyright or trademark, or any other intellectual property right of another;

(iv) violates the privacy rights of any third party; or

(v) violates any municipal, state or federal law, rule, regulation or ordinance, or attempts to encourage such violation.
