Come Share What You Know! Sign Up to be a Workshop Presenter at RPPD 2010.
Once again, it's time to schedule workshops for Rochester Pagan Pride Day.
RPPD will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010, from 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. We have secured these sites in Ellison Park: Roadside Shelter, Creekside Lodge, Orchard Grove Shelter, and the Middle Field Area.
Part of the planning process is organizing workshops. We would be most honored if you would consider presenting a workshop at this year's Rochester Pagan Pride Festival. Each workshop will be 45 minutes in length with 15 minutes between. If you have presented before you know that all workshops are well attended.
We have a long list of wonderful people in the Rochester Area Pagan Community to whom we are extending this invitation to present at RPPD 2010, and we would love to have you be a part of this year’s event. There may have to be decisions made about who will actually get to present once we receive all these forms back. Here are the criteria that we will be using to decide: (1) Meeting the Deadline of August 1. If you don't get it in the mail by August 15 (postmark or email date), your workshop will not be considered. All Info/Bio forms will be logged in according to date received. (2) If there are workshops with similar theme/content, the first to be received will be given priority ranking in the final decision-making process.
Attached you will find a Workshop/Bio form that needs to be completed and promptly returned to me either by snail or e-mail (email’s quicker!). I must receive your Workshop/Bio form no later than August 1, 2010.
We are also asking all Workshop Presenters to consider sponsoring the event via a monetary contribution or merchandise for raffle prizes. If you would like to make a contribution I have enclosed a copy of the Sponsor’s form for your use.
Please consider presenting a workshop - share your knowledge and help promote pagan awareness and diversity in the Rochester area community.
