Rochester Pagan Pride Day Festival

Area Groups, Covens, Traditions and/or Organizations are invited to set up, WITHOUT CHARGE, information tables that can be used to present information about your group, coven, Tradition or organization. These are information only tables, which will give you the opportunity to get your information out there, as well as talk with Festival attendees during the day. Printed materials which are free of charge may be presented. Your Group must provide your own table. Those participating will be listed on the Information Tables Page on RPPD’s Website.

HOWEVER: no merchandise may be presented for sale (including tickets for upcoming events), or donations of any kind solicited. If such is the case, you must register as a Vendor.

As the undersigned representative of the following Group, Coven, Tradition or Organization, I do sign and submit this form to have an Information Table at RPPD 2010 with the understanding and in agreement of the previously mentioned conditions.
